Refunds and Returns

Here at Simply Scented Co we strive to keep all our customers happy with their purchases. However, in the event you find you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.

You may contact us on tracey@simplyscented.co.za within 14 days after receiving your product, provided all return item/s must be in new and unused condition and still be in its original packaging.

Please note all products are returnable, excluding the following:

Products bought from any of our stockists (not our online shop). Process your concern with the stockiest that supplied you.

Products bought on sale.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately not obligated to offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require an original receipt of proof of purchase.

Once your return is received, we will send you an e-mail of inspection of the returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of you refund or exchange request.

Receiving Hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

You will be responsible for your own shipping fees for returning your item. If you return is rejected, you will be liable for the return shipping cost.
