Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday. Shipping lead times calculated from time of dispatch. Bank transfer orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

Tracking your order
On dispatch you receive an e-mail from our shipping provider with details of your tracking code and tracking link. You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery. If, for some reason you do not receive this notification, kindly get in touch with us on tracey@simplyscented.co.za with your order number and we will gladly assist you.

Cancellation and Charges
Once an order is confirmed online, it is immediately processed, for this reason online orders may not be cancelled or changed after receipt of payment. After dispatch of your goods, you may cancel or change the sale in accordance with our return Policy.
